Jekatěrina Mézlová

Founder, Director, Psychologist

Love for children has accompanied me since childhood. Even then, a desire to care for others and be their support took root in me. I studied psychology at two universities, abroad and at Charles University, completed psychotherapeutic training, and worked as a child psychologist.

As a mother of three children, I know well how challenging it is to balance childcare with professional life and how important a stable and supportive environment is — not only for children but also for their parents. This experience inspired the idea to create a space that supports the entire family.

We primarily care for children in child groups, but we are gradually expanding our range of services. In addition to psychological counseling, educational activities, and self-help groups, we also offer leisure activities for children and language day camps in the summer. We assist parents with returning to the labor market and strengthen their parenting skills and self-confidence.

At the same time, I continue to dedicate myself to my profession by providing psychological counseling and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

We believe that the healthy development of children and the satisfaction of parents go hand in hand — and this is the foundation of our work.

Markéta Kukačková

Leader of children’s groups

I have many years of experience working with children and leading children’s groups/preschool settings, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In my practice, I choose educational approaches that respect the individual needs and wishes of the children, while also harmoniously fitting into the routine and rules of the children’s group. Together, we create a safe, positive, and friendly environment where children feel comfortable and can develop freely.

Children are a constant source of inspiration for me. I am fascinated by their openness, honesty, and natural curiosity. My many years of experience have confirmed that we can learn from even the youngest – while also setting a good example for them.

Jitka Marková

Teacher

Love for children has accompanied me my entire life. Even as a little girl, I joyfully looked after children in my home village and spent a lot of time with them. Although life eventually took me in a slightly different direction, the desire to be part of the children’s world never faded within me.

I decided to fulfill my dream and start working with children. I completed the necessary education and continue to learn new things eagerly and openly because in this work, you learn every day.

Working with children fulfills me in every way. Their spontaneity, perception of the world, and joy in little things inspire me and confirm that my work has meaning. I strive to develop their skills and give them the best I can.

Michaela Filsaková

Teacher

Working with children is a true joy for me. I have successfully completed a childcare course and with great enthusiasm and love, I dedicate myself to caring for the youngest ones. In the kindergarten, I strive to create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel comfortable, can freely explore the world around them, and learn new things naturally and playfully.

Children’s laughter, joy, and daily progress are the greatest rewards for me. Every child is unique, so I approach each one with respect, patience, and a smile — allowing them to develop at their own pace and feel accepted just as they are.

Oksana Voloshchuk

Teacher

I have always been fascinated by children’s creativity, imagination, and spontaneity when inventing games. I feel artistic inclinations within myself and am happy that I can develop them through working with children – supporting their original thinking and natural creativity.

I studied special education, which gives me a deeper understanding of the individual needs of children and helps me respond sensitively to their different ways of perceiving and learning. I also find great joy in working with children with special needs, which I do as part of my other job.

My creative thinking and sensitivity towards children help me find playful and gentle solutions in challenging situations – for example, when resolving conflicts or reducing tension. I believe that learning through play is natural, fun, and highly effective for children.

Inna Lyman

Teacher

I am a trained nurse with a strong interest in the care and development of children. Thanks to my medical education, I approach working with children not only with empathy and patience but also with a focus on safety, health, and overall well-being.

I have experience with daily care as well as handling unexpected situations, which allows me to create a calm and supportive environment where children can feel secure and develop their potential.

Working with children is a heartfelt passion for me, where professionalism and love for children come together.

Veronika Oláchová

Kitchen operation

I carefully take care of the children’s meals at the preschool.

My effort is to serve food exactly the way they like it – some prefer their dishes cut into small pieces, others without sauce. I strive to respect their individual needs and tastes because I know that well-fed children are content and happy.
